	Challenge: Creating financials from Excel worksheets and Word documents was taking hours per client and was prone to error while the output was inconsistent.
	Solution: A custom application that creates financials from data in Excel worksheets using customizable templates and client-specific configurations.
	Result: Consistently accurate and professional-looking financials could be generated in seconds. Technical review times were dramatically reduced since data was not copied by hand. Increased security with AES-256 encryption and PDF password protection.

	Challenge: The purchasing team managed a large inventory of finished products and raw materials, but their existing low-inventory report did not include the vendor, pricing, and contact information needed to take action. Staff had to search through multiple screens to research prior quotes before requesting updated pricing.
	Solution: Created an automated daily report that listed inventory items below their minimum levels along with recent vendor quote history, quoted prices, vendor contact information, and other relevant purchasing details in one place.
	Result: Purchasing staff could act faster with less manual lookup work. The report gave them the information needed to request updated quotes, compare recent pricing, and keep inventory replenishment moving.

	Challenge: Shop leads were using a manually updated whiteboard to track active repair orders. It was difficult to read, time consuming to maintain, and quickly became outdated as technicians changed jobs or promise dates were updated.
	Solution: Developed a self-updating dashboard that got live data directly from the company’s MRP database. Displayed on a large screen in the shop, it showed active repair orders, idle jobs, technician assignments, logged labor hours, quoted hours, promise dates, and customer information.
	Result: The dashboard replaced the manual whiteboard with a live view of shop activity. Leads could quickly see which jobs were on track, which were at risk, who was working where, and where additional help might be needed.
